The CYO Retreat Center accommodates all types of retreats and meetings for groups such as public/private schools, parishes, and non-profit organizations.
Lodge
The main meeting area is the Lodge, which has an upper and lower level. The upper level is a beautiful 6000 sq. ft. building that serves as the dining area for all guests and the main meeting area for groups of 50 or more. This level was recently remodeled and includes ADA accessible bathrooms, a high cathedral ceiling with skylights and dramatic lighting, and a large fireplace. The lower level houses four large meeting/conference rooms that may accommodate up to 30 people in each.
The entire Lodge is surrounded by beautiful wood decks with seats and benches, where guests may meet or just sit and enjoy an informal chat or fellowship among the beauty of the forest setting.
Harriman Hall
This multi-purpose room is 35’ x 27’ (945 sq. ft.) is used for meetings accommodating groups of 30-60 people and features new renovations such as new lighting, doors and windows, a wood-burning stove, push-pin borders, a large dry-erase board and has an attached room with a refrigerator and coffee bar/refreshment area.
Day House
The Day House is typically where directors, leaders, and special guests stay. One side of the house is an actual full apartment with kitchen, small living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room. The other half of the building consists of two bedrooms with three beds (wooden cot type), a small kitchenette area (with amenities such as coffee maker, sink, refrigerator), and a small sitting area. These two rooms share a bathroom with a sink and toilet, and a separate shower room.
Cabins
Our new cabins have hardwood flooring, modern fixtures, lighting, heaters, and wood bunk-beds that sleep up to 12 people in each, for a total occupancy of 288 beds. The cabin buildings are paired with wood decks and benches in between each two.
Kitchen Services
Our kitchen catering staff prepares all meals on-site, which are served family or buffet style, with a variety of selections including a full salad bar, soups, freshly baked bread, and vegetarian options. Coffee and tea service is available during regular kitchen hours.
