Breaking Bread with Hope gives people with disabilities an opportunity to participate in a monthly mass, lunch, and fellowship.

Meeting the third Saturday of every month at 50 Broad Street in San Francisco, this program, founded in 1965, has been providing adults with disabilities living in San Francisco and surrounding counties a place to meet for monthly Mass, lunch, and general fellowship ever since.

As a valued partner, Catholic Charities offers oversight and structure specifically in the areas of volunteer management and client registration.

We reach out to people with disabilities who have become isolated with the hopes of reconnecting them to their community while offering services to enhance their lives.
