 ADRC’s deliver services to the community that promote health, safety, and independence to those most in need. The 14 ADRC hubs are located throughout the San Francisco are contracted with the City and County of San Francisco, Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS).

 ADRC programs provide information and referral to supportive services to the community in various languages to individuals who need translation. These services may include referrals to caregiver support, case management, in home care, financial planning, medical care, housing, nutrition programs, transportation, senior center information and so much more… and offer assistance such as translation of documents and forms, and service connection.

Catholic Charities ADRC services is open for in-person assistance. Located inside the Catholic Charities OMI Senior Center, at 65 Beverly Street, our services are available, Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:00PM.  We accept walk-in’s as well as schedule future appointments and open afterhours, 3:00-5:00PM by appointment only.

Our informational and referral specialist also conduct presentations and outreach at community events to share information about community resources and about our Aging and Catholic Charities programs.
