Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us through a special online form. You may choose to receive only specific communications or none at all. You may also update your contact information previously provided to us through another online form. You cannot remove yourself from our database, but you can prevent unwanted communication.
In addition to utilizing SSL encryption for all transactions, Catholic Charities stores encrypted passwords, as well as other information, on servers that are kept in a physically secure environment with strict policies that minimize access to the information contained therein. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these Terms and Conditions or to this website shall be solely and exclusively litigated, arbitrated, or otherwise heard in San Francisco County, California. You consent to jurisdiction in any state or federal courts sitting in San Francisco County, California and arbitration in San Francisco County, California, and hereby waive any claim or defense that such forum is not convenient.
